![]() | Flex hose red is used for the intake and the outlet of water pumping. Available in 4, 6, and 8-inch sizes. |
![]() | Flex hose gray is used for the intake and the outlet of water-gravel slurry pumping. Available in 4, 6, and 8-inch sizes. |

Flat (pressure) hoses are made from synthetic fibers and flexible PVC and are used for the water outlet. Available in 2, 2 1/2, 3, 4 and 6-inch sizes in 50 m. lengths. Light Duty (yellow&blue) hose working pressure: 3.5, 3, 3, 3 and 2.5 kg/cm2(50, 43, 43, 43 and 36 lb/inch2) |

Heavy duty (brown) flat hose working pressure: 10, 10, 9, 9 and 7 kg/cm2(142, 142, 128, 128 and 100 lb/inch2) |
![]() | High density polyethylene pipes for water or slurry. These pipes are light and more resistant to the abrasion than the iron pipes. Available in 4, 6 and 8-inch sizes and 5.8 m lengths. |
![]() | A length of 3 m. of rubber hose is used between the flat pressure hose and the water jet. It prevents kinking of the flat pressure hose when the jet-man is handling it. Available in 2, 2 1/2 and 3-inch sizes. |
![]() | To connect flexes, hoses and pipes various sizes of unions, reducers and splitters are used. |
![]() | To connect the flexes, hoses and pipes various sizes of clamps are used. Since, often the high enough pressures exist within water and gravel systems, the clamps have to be adequate to not slip, creating the down-time loses. |
![]() | At the end of robber hose, the water jets with one of two tips are affixed: the cutting or the flushing tip. |
![]() | The foot valve for water pumps. It is shown without the nipple for connecting the intake flex; the orange one. |
![]() | The intake tip is affixed to the sucking end of the gravel pump. It is supposed to prevent the large gravel to enter the gravel pump and provoke the blockage. It is mainly used on the intake flex (gray) of 4-inch gravel pumps. For the 6 and 8-inch gravel pump, we make special tip that allows the tip to sink into the gravel without chocking the intake flex. It is based on the diver-less tip of the dredges. |
